At the beginning of October, an amazingly dynamic and informative program for women entrepreneurs, XY Women Accelerator II, was launched. It gave participants a unique opportunity to learn about the tools and factors for developing their business through the support of experienced expert mentors. The program's primary goal is to stimulate the qualitative growth of the female entrepreneurial community by providing valuable resources and specific assistance.
One of the program's mentors was Alina Tropanets, founder and owner of the XOstudio FLOWERS floristry studio. Using her experience and desire to help others, Alina inspires and motivates the female entrepreneurs present to strengthen and develop their commercial activities and professional competencies.
The program includes individual mentoring sessions and a variety of workshops, both online and offline. The work modules cover vital aspects of business, such as strategic planning, marketing, finance, operational efficiency, and human resource management. Collaboration aims to help participants have a successful start and improve their projects.
XY Women Accelerator II is being implemented jointly with XY Partners, EFSE Entrepreneurship Academy & EU4Business, She is Next, Empowered by Visa, and with the participation of maib. This event caused a broad resonance, emphasizing the importance of supporting the development of women's entrepreneurship.
